Welcome to Coolshirts69.ca. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Return & Refund Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase or using our services.

At Cool Shirts 69, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.

DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS:

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:  coolshirts69@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement at no additional cost.

WRONG SIZE:

If you received a shirt that does not fit properly, we will exchange the shirt for the correct size. Please contact us at:  coolshirts69@gmail.com and we will give you the details on how to exchange your shirt.

NOTE:  You will be responsible for the mailing costs to mail the shirt back for exchange.

REFUND POLICY:

Please note that we do not offer a refund policy however if there is an issue with the shirt(s) due to damage from shipping, defective or a sizing issue, we will gladly assist you as stated above.

We ask that you always consult the sizing chart before you order your shirt(s).
